WASHINGTON — Fear of an influenza pandemic has increased sales of anti-virals in recent months, but typical annual use of the drugs — which consists predominantly of Roche’s Tamiflu and GlaxoSmithKline’s Relenza — will remain nearly flat over the next decade, according to a report from an analyst firm released Tuesday.
